ABOUT

The Aquatic exercise fundamentals course is an innovative & evolving introduction for those wanting to expand their knowledge & skills in water immersion experiences.Become competent and confident in delivering high performance, water effective and safe aquatic movement programs for a broad spectrum of populations.

Globally the exercise industry is in a constant state of adaptation, and aquatic exercise is seeing an even further surprising boom in popularity being documented as one of the five top preferred outdoor training options. It is rated as one of the safest forms of exercise for during the SARS COVID-2 viruses and offers dynamic workout experiences for incredibly diverse populations. Aquatic exercise has countless benefits for most health conditions, does not discriminate on one’s ability, age or gender and may well be our exercise of the future.NASA itself has been training astronauts in their neutral-buoyancy lab, designed to simulate the feeling of weightlessness in space for over two decades. According to a WHO ( World Health Organisation ) report on guidelines for safe water exercise environments, as long as mandatory chlorine levels are maintained, there is no evidence of the virus being transmitted and is unlikely to be in an outdoor and socially distanced aquatic environment.

The AEF offers creative training options and opportunities for the personal trainer, sports coach, exercise physiologist, health spa facilitator and other movement professionals.
